We use a low-temperature flash-drying process because it's particularly effective at preserving the delicate omega-3 fatty acids found in Green Lipped Mussels - especially EPA, DHA, and ETA - which are key to supporting joint, skin, and overall health.
In fact, our independent nutritional analysis comparing freeze-dried and flash-dried Green Lipped Mussel Powders found that the flash-dried version retained higher levels of these essential fatty acids.
