How long until I see a difference?

It depends on the blend and on your dog. Supplements work best with consistent daily use, so give it a few weeks before judging. Each product page has a guide for that blend.

My dog is fussy. Will they eat it?

Most dogs happily eat our blends sprinkled over their usual meal. Start with a small amount and build up over a few days, and if it's not right for your dog, we'll refund you in full.

How much do I give, and how?

Sprinkle it over your dog's usual food once a day. The right amount depends on your dog's weight. The serving guide is on each product page and on the tin.

Can I give more than one blend?

Yes, lots of our customers combine blends. If your dog has a health condition or is on medication, check with your vet before adding anything new.

How do I change or cancel AutoShip?

Log in to your account and go to Manage My AutoShip. From there you can skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, or cancel. You can also email us at hello@tandem.pet.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–5 business days. AutoShip deliveries ship free.

I love this! I’ve new trialling so many probiotics for my two Frenchies who suffer from skin issues.
This has really helped in the way of almost building their gut and immunity to help fight the skin isues, I’ve noticed a big difference

My two dogs love this Pre+Pro Super Blend

My two dogs love this Pre+Pro Super Blend. Envy, our 11.6 year old Great Dane had problems with jer bowel movements. She also has paralyzed back legs. She is now so good with her bowel movements with no thin stools any longer. My big boy Tjay, Great Dane is 6 years old 90kg. gets this blend to keep his guts healthy. Both are on an balanced raw food diet. Skin is healthy, fur is shiny and I will continue to give both the Pre+Pro Super Blend.

Clean ears, no more vet visits

Got this for my Rottweiler who would get dirty ears that would turn into ear infections. Since we started his ears have been clean and clear and havnt had to go back to the vets. Very happy with this and have now got this on auto ship

GAME CHANGER

Both my GSP’s are suffered with inconsistent stools, sometimes anal gland issues and overall just lacked a lot of fibre in their diet which clearly was effecting them. Pumpkin+ was an absolute game changer and completely saved the day - both dogs have clearly benefited from the supplement.

We have been giving this to our two Labradors for the past month, one is 10years old and the other is 5years old. We have noticed a difference in both dogs in their movement and agility. Also huge bonus, they absolutely love their NZ Green Lipped Mussel powder and their bowls are licked clean every night!

Have told others to add to their dogs diet - (after researching how good and necessary it was for my own diet) so the dogs get it first - what a genuinely necessary health additive - the dogs love it. Sprinkle it onto their biscuits/meat along with Pre+Pro Biotics and add a little warm water and stir to dissolve into a liquid gravy like - they absolutely lick the bowl clean.

My dog and cat loves it!

I started giving some to my cat and her gut has never been better. She's a very picky eater and I'm surprised she's happy with the taste!
